Corporate Governance

The operational companies, Steinmüller Africa and Bilfinger Intervalve Africa, within the holding company of Bilfinger Power Africa, are committed to the principles of BEE and transformation of South Africa. Torre Technologies (Pty) Ltd., a black economic empowerment (BEE) company, owns a 25.1% share in Steinmüller Africa, whilst Lithemba Investments, a black-women-owned (BWO) company, owns a 50% share in Bilfinger Intervalve Africa.

Our strategic approach to support and drive transformation within South Africa is focused on shared ownership, skills development and transfer as well as upliftment of the communities. Our training academy is testimony to how we take the development and transfer of skills into our own hands.
